Located at the heart of Merida. Walking distance to the interesting places in the city. Adequate room size. My room is facing the boulevard and it can be super noisy at night. Additionally, they don't provide kettle in the room.
Great hotel, service personnel and management are excellent, we enjoyed very much our vacations. This hotel is highly recommended it. We loved our stay and we will back to stay every time we visit Merida. Overall excellent hotel!
This is a great hotel just don’t stay on the pool side it is very loud
We saw a beautiful concert of Sinatra music at the bar...Merida Big Band w guest singer. It was 80min. The atmosphere/ ambiance of this area w its high ceings / arched bar / comfy seats was an excellent venue...the hotel is attached to a high-end mall...the location is on the edge of downtown
Stayed for 4 nights including christmas it was a great experience the food was decent nothing amazing but the room service steak pizza creamed spinach potatoes and Cesar were amazing the festivities for christmas were great
Nice hotel, very expensive, at $350 USD per night the hotel charges for morning room coffee pods $4 per pod. It's a nice place but on the average one would need more than $500 per day for full board accommodation.
Super nice hotel. Very vintage and charming vibe. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Good parking. The lounge on the 5th is excellent, desserts are amazing. Rooms are premium and comfortable.
We brought a Friend for the Breakfast Buffet, he needed fill up as he had a long flight home. They have a nice Omelete Station for just about any type you want. The Buffet is huge, they keep it fresh and well stocked. It is one of the few places the Coffee is good. You have fresh Juice available. Service is very good. Good flavor on the various foods. Plenty of tables, we did not have to wait.
